Terms & Conditions

• A  non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure the session, unless stated otherwise (i.e. Mini-sessions).
• The deposit amount is half (50%) of the final package total in the clients contract.

Non-Refundable Deposit: The non-refundable deposit is to secure booking your session. This deposit can be credited towards a future session if you reschedule at minimum one week before your currently scheduled session.

Deposit Refundable Until One Week Before: Deposit is refundable if the client cancels more than one week before the scheduled session.

Cancellation Fees:

• More than One Week Notice: If the client cancels more than one week before the session, they receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Less than One Week Notice: If the client cancels less than one week before the session, the deposit is non-refundable.

More than One Week Notice: Clients can reschedule their session without losing their deposit if they provide more than one weeks notice (7 days). The deposit will be applied to the new session date.

Less than One Week Notice: If the client reschedules with less than one week notice, an additional $75 USD non-refundable fee may be required to secure the new date.

• Weather-Related Cancellations: If the session needs to be rescheduled due to bad weather, no additional fees will be charged.
• Family-Related Cancellations: If the session needs to be rescheduled due to an unforeseen family event (such as injuries or death), no additional fees will be charged.

Two (2) Reschedules Maximum: All clients are allowed at maximum 2 reschedules, regardless if the client pays a fee.

• If the client cannot make the second rescheduled appointment, the appointment will be canceled, the deposit will not be refunded, and the client will have 20% convenience fee deducted from any balance that is to be refunded.

The balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled session:

• Otherwise the appointment will be canceled due to nonpayment.
  • Example: Session is scheduled on Saturday. Payment in full needs to be received by 11:59pm EST on Wednesday otherwise the appointment will be canceled as of 12:00am EST Thursday. The exact due date will be stated in your contract and/or invoice.

If the balance is not paid in full 2 days preceding the clients session:

• The client has the option to pay a non-refundable fee of $75 USD to reschedule as long as they contact Loving Focus LLC by email or leave a voicemail within 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Fee is to be paid immediately.
• The client can request within one week prior to the appointment to pay the remaining balance in person. With this option, the client is agreeing to pay a non-refundable $100 USD late payment fee on top of the remaining balance, unless the fee is waived by Loving Focus LLC.
• If the client did not make arrangements in the allotted times resulting in Loving Focus LLC canceling the appointment:
  • Deposit will not be refunded.
  • Client must request a refund of any money paid towards the session by email within seven (7) days of the cancellation.
  • If the client requests a refund within seven (7) days of the cancellation, a 25% inconvenience fee will deducted from the refund.
